1.1  Minimum Age. Access to and use of the kbl99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandatory and non-waivable. By registering a kbl99 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.

1.2  Jurisdictional Eligibility. The kbl99 platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must not access or use kbl99 if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kbl99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.3  Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a kbl99 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons previously excluded or self-excluded from kbl99 or any affiliated platform; (c) employees, officers, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of kbl99 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons identified on any applicable restricted persons list maintained by PAGCOR or other competent regulatory authority.

2.1  Registration Requirements. To use kbl99's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, your real full name, date of birth, and such other information as kbl99 may require from time to time.

2.2  Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active kbl99 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kbl99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

2.3  Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbl99 username, password, and any authentication credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party. You agree to notify kbl99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. kbl99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

2.4  KYC Verification. kbl99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.1  Accepted Payment Methods. kbl99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and such other payment methods as kbl99 may make available from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

3.2  Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited to your kbl99 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. Deposits made using third-party payment credentials without the authorization of the account holder are strictly prohibited.

3.3  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed on the kbl99 Payments page at the time of transaction. kbl99 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with notice.

3.4  Processing Times. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. kbl99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.

3.5  Currency. All transactions on kbl99 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). kbl99 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.1  Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to verified kbl99 accounts that have completed KYC verification. kbl99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or ongoing security reviews.

4.2  Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. kbl99 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via alternative approved methods with appropriate verification.

4.3  Processing Times. kbl99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds by the player may be subject to additional processing time by the receiving payment provider or bank.

4.5  Unclaimed Funds. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or dormancy procedures in accordance with kbl99's account maintenance policies. Players will be notified prior to any such action.

5.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by kbl99 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3  Bonus Abuse. kbl99 employs automated systems and manual review to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, pattern betting designed to exploit bonus terms, and any form of collusion. kbl99 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and withdraw funds from accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4  Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. kbl99 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

6.1  Fair Play. kbl99 operates its games using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and licensed live dealer software from regulated game providers. All game outcomes are determined by verified random processes. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2  Bet Placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kbl99 system, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended. • Accessing kbl99 using a VPN, proxy, or anonymization service to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

7.2  Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use kbl99 for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any kbl99 content or software.

10.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kbl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from or in connection with your use of the kbl99 platform.

10.2  kbl99's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to kbl99 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  kbl99 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kbl99 is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

11.1  kbl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification; (c) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (d) regulatory requirement or court order; (e) protection of platform integrity.

11.2  Upon termination of your account for cause, kbl99 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus funds, void pending bets, and withhold account balances pending investigation. Real money balances in accounts closed for reasons other than breach may be returned to the player subject to completion of withdrawal verification procedures.

11.3  Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kbl99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method.

12.1  These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or related to your use of the kbl99 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2  Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be first submitted to kbl99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting kbl99 support with a written description of the dispute. kbl99 will endeavor to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.

12.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through kbl99's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.4  kbl99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the kbl99 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
